Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Cybervizion training seats purchased via invoice. The website itself does not take payments.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel before the stated cohort start date and within the timeframe below, or if Cybervizion cancels a programme and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.

Timeframe

Full refund requests for live cohorts must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the first live session. Requests inside that window are assessed for partial credit only.

Full and partial refunds

Cancellations meeting the fourteen-day rule receive a full refund of tuition paid. Inside fourteen days, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% if materials have not been released, or a seat transfer to a later cohort. After materials or live sessions begin, tuition is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees, couriered print packs already dispatched, and custom archive preparation for Continuum Circle are non-refundable once work has started. Observer Seat email critique slots already fulfilled are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@cybervizion.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and issue a decision within ten working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Cybervizion

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of tuition paid, including custom prep fees not yet incurred.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement. Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected where they apply.
